Ilaria has worked, since 2001, for some companies in the Lugano area active in asset management. Since these were medium-small sized companies, she had the opportunity to deal with various tasks, ranging from back office duties to administrative activities.

In particular, in 2001 she followed the set-up of an investment and, since 2017, she has been involved in compliance activities by following the continuous training organized by ASG. In 2022, as part of the FINMA authorization request, she took the course “module 5 of the Cas Compliance in Financial Services” held by CSVN.

She joined the Vector team in April 2025, where she in in the back office team
