Exclusive access to high-value opportunities

Vector WM offers clients the opportunity to participate in club deals, allowing them to co-invest in transactions ranging from private equity investments in individual companies or start-ups to real estate, with a particular focus on prime residential property and no geographical restrictions.

Participating in an investment through a club deal allows investors to diversify over a medium-term horizon without pressure to make a forced exit, recognising that selling may not always be appropriate or desirable.

Co-investment provides access to transactions whose size and complexity would otherwise put them beyond the reach of an individual investor or make them unsuitable. Bringing several investors together pools more capital, enabling investments that would otherwise be difficult for individuals to access.

To this end, Vector WM has also established the wholly owned Luxembourg company Vector WM Sarl, with the securitisation vehicle Vector Select S.V. This gives clients the opportunity to invest through a structure fully controlled by Vector WM, which can be held in their securities account within Luxembourg’s established institutional framework.
