Niccolò graduated in Business Economics from the University of Genoa in March 2016. He then furthered his education with a certified course in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Bocconi University in Milan (2017) and an intensive course dedicated to Young Entrepreneurs and Family Businesses with a cross-border perspective at the Centro Studi Bancari in Lugano (2022).

He began his career as a Junior Consultant at Agenda Invest AG in Lugano (June 2016), dealing with UHNW clients, analysis and purchase of Mini Bonds, and family office services.

From April 2019 to January 2021 he worked in London as Assistant Director – Associate Corporate Finance and Wealth Management at Agenda Invest Ltd, expanding his skills into corporate budgeting, client onboarding and analysis of illiquid investments.

In January 2021, being back to Lugano, in addition to the roles held in London, he held the role of Portfolio Advisor for the RiverRock Minibond and RiverRock Liquid Premium funds at Agenda Invest AG.

He joined Vector WM in April 2025 as a Portfolio Manager
